*Per person per day (minimum stay 2 nights)

Conditions:
- All rooms have balcony, shower, toilet, telephone and TV.
- Rooms are available from 13.00 on day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure.
- Ask the direction for special reductions for families and groups.
- A booking deposit of € 100,00 is required to confirm reservation.
- Animals: allowed only small size at cost of € 30,00 for final disinfestation with specific products.

Reductions:
- No reduction for third bed in a double room.
- 30% reduction on the third and fourth bed in case of 4-bedded room.
- For groups and large families may be agreed conditions from time to time.
- Children 0-3: FREE.
- Children 3-8: 30% Reduction.

Supplements:
- € 5,00 per day for single room.
- Double room used as single room: € 10,00 per day additionally rate.
- Cot: € 10,00 per day.

Warnings:
- In case of interruption of the stay, the missing days will be charged at the daily cost of the room (maximum three days).
- In case of departure within 12,00 a.m. the bill will be payed on the evening before the departure.
- In order to have fiscal invoice relative to thestay, it should required at the arrival providing the fiscal data.
